Liebe Studierende,

am Montag (also schon übermorgen) beginnt der Vorkurs! Hier gibt es schon mal einige Informationen zum weiteren Ablauf:

Am Montag geht es um 8:59 im Günter-Hotz-Hörsaal der Universität des Saarlandes los. Damit alles reibungslos abläuft, bist du am besten schon ein paar Minuten früher da. Der Hörsaal ist im Gebäude E2 2 – wo genau das ist, kannst du auf dem Lageplan herausfinden. Falls du mit dem Bus zur Uni kommst, steigst du einfach an der Haltestelle Universität Mensa aus, und folgst unseren Schildern.

Weiter haben wir ein Forum eingerichtet, in dem ihr zu allem Möglichen (fachliche, organisatorische, …) Fragen stellen könnt. Zudem gibt es einen Terminkalender, wo der Ablauf des Vorkurses detailliert dargestellt ist.

Noch vor Beginn des Vorkurses wirst du in ein Coaching und ein Tutorium eingeteilt. Dein Coach wird während des gesamten Vorkurses dein persönlicher Ansprechpartner sein. Wer genau das ist, erfährst du in einer separaten E-Mail.

Was du tun musst, bevor der Vorkurs startet:

Falls noch nicht geschehen, überweise bitte den Kostenbeitrag. Du findest die Informationen dazu auf der persönlichen Statusseite im CMS.
Wenn du den Kostenbeitrag überwiesen hast, dies aber noch nicht auf deiner persönlichen Statusseite angezeigt wird, bringe bitte einen Überweisungsnachweis (z.B. einen Kontoauszug) mit.

Dear students,

on Monday (so already in two days), the prep course will start! We already have some important information on what comes next:

The course starts on Monday, at 8:59 am, in the Günter Hotz lecture hall. You might want to arrive a few minutes earlier. The lecture hall is located in building E2 2, which can be found on the Campus Map. If you arrive by bus, you best get off at the stop Universität Mensa and follow our signs. We have also set up a Forum where you can ask questions about anything (technical, organisational, …). Also kindly have a look at our Timetable, where we present the prep course events in more detail.

Soon, before the Prep Course starts, you will be assigned a tutorial and a coaching. Your coach will be the first point of contact for all your questions. You can also ask questions in the forum. Once you are assigned a coach, they will send you a separate mail.

What you have to do before the prep course starts:

In case you did not yet do this, please transfer the printing fee. You can find all required information on your Personal Status Page in the CMS.
If you already transferred the printing fee, but this is not yet displayed on your Personal Status Page, please bring a proof of payment (e.g., a transfer record from your bank).
